Village

Our 3-bedroom village scheme is designed for sites where there’s more than just one view or one experience the home should be oriented towards. The principle suite, guest structure and public functions are arrayed around a central glass connector, and each individual structure is oriented towards a separate view. The arrangement creates a dynamic relationship to the landscape and produces diverse outdoor spaces.

An Innovative Form

At first, our Village Standard appears as a cluster of separate structures, but the home is actually a single form. The turns and connections in the design create clear separation between programs along with a collection of interesting outdoor patios, cloistered gardens and private rooms within nature.

Of Nature

Context

Our design and development approach was crafted with context in mind. How do we make new builds feel like they belong - nestled homes that feel like they’re of the landscape and not just in it or near it.

Gather ‘Round

Composition

The window patterns on our Village are designed to strike a beautiful composition from every angle - front, side and back. When developing a rural home, the importance of 2D curb appeal gives way to the 360 experience of the landscape. Our Village? It’s a beautiful home from every angle.

Live Outside

Outdoor Rooms

Nobody builds a house in the country to stay inside all the time. Considered outdoor areas expand your usable footprint, without having to pay for walls, roofs, or ongoing conditioning costs. The HUTS Small Bar merges indoors and outdoors, adding lots of usable (outdoor) space at a fraction of the build cost.
