HUTS is lucky to have a large, engaged, qualified audience of potential real estate buyers and owner-builders. If you’re a seller’s agent looking to promote one of your land listings, we may be able to help. If you’re a buyer’s agent helping your clients find buildable parcels, we would love to be on your recommendation list for home builders once they find the right lot.

Contractors

HUTS designs utilize standard framing techniques and straight forward detailing. We like to bring in our GCs early and, as much as possible, treat our home building projects as design-build partnerships. Our clients are vetted, our drawing sets are complete, our communication style is open, and our working style is collaborative. If you want to work on more single-family homes with clean, minimal lines, we’d love to learn more about you and your business.

Landowners

We partner with land owners that are looking to sell their entire lot or subdivide off parcels for sale. Rather than letting go of your raw land for minimal return, we offer a better alternative. For qualifying lots, we’ll partner with you to entitle your lot with one of our sought-after HUTS home designs, secure building permits, and market the new home construction to our audience. For those concerned about future development, we’ll also help secure restrictive covenants. When the land and home building project is sold, you will realize higher returns than could be achieved in a land sale.

Developers

We partner with residential, mixed-use and hospitality developers to create new communities and considered destinations. Our design approach translates to many climates and settings, and can be scaled to fit your project.
