Overview
Stone Ridge is a pool house/guest house project that marries indoor and outdoor spaces and pays homage to a 200-year-old stone house on the adjoining parcel. The guest house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a flexible loft space, along with shared spaces for comfort and utility.

03Recognizable twin gables design
The twin-gable roof of our Dogtrot standard mimics the look of the historic stone home on the owner’s parcel across the street. This creates uniformity across lot lines and lets modern construction call back to centuries-old design.
