Our client engaged us with little more than a concept for a wellness-focused hospitality destination in the Western Catskills. No land, no design, no team, and no financing in place. We sourced two contiguous lots near Callicoon, NY that we could develop as-of-right as residential parcels but with a layout that, to the visitor, feels like a commercial destination.  Along with defining the full master plan and development phasing approach, HUTS designed several unique unit types that will work equally well for one-night or week-long stays, individuals or small families. The units are based on HUTS ADUs, and expanded and customized for this property.
